To run this program, I tried to use the previous program of experiment 1 -- developed by Bruno & Mylene.
The problem is that it runs very slowly. So I split it in two parts. The coding part was done in Linux machines. It was necessary to recompile the H.264 codec. Instructions are in the directory. The decoding and dropping of packets was done in windown (mostly because I could not convert Bruno's code to Linux :( ).

Anyway, rodar_blkbllr_Brusselx and rodar_blkbllr_Dublinx are instances of the same code. They were created to start several matlab processes at the machine. rodar_blkbllr_vloss decode and drop packets in the windows environment.

At the end, we should have all test sequences.
